The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is divine! The room is spacious, luxury and clean. The massage at their wellness centre was one of the best we had received in a very long time. The a-la-carte breakfast was sumptuous and very delicious.

My stay here was nothing short of magical—a seamless blend of luxury, culture, and heartfelt service. The resort offers a tranquil escape from the busy world, yet remains conveniently close to the town’s cultural heart. From the moment we arrived, we were treated not like guests, but like family. The staff welcomed us with genuine smiles, a refreshing welcome drink, and a level of care that was deeply personal and sincere. The rooms are beautifully appointed, combining traditional Balinese design with modern comfort. I stayed in a suite overlooking the gardens, and every morning I woke up to birdsong. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom luxurious. One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, surrounded by palm trees and open sky—it was pure bliss. Dining at the resort's restaurant was a daily delight. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a menu that blended local flavors with international favorites. Breakfast was generous and varied, with the option to enjoy it poolside or in your room. But what truly sets The Alena Resort apart is the people. Every interaction—from the front desk to the drivers, the restaurant staff, and the housekeeping team—was warm, gracious, and infused with a spirit of hospitality that felt genuine and from the heart. We left The Alena Resort feeling deeply refreshed and emotionally connected to the place. It’s not just a hotel—it’s an experience. One I will remember always, and one I would recommend to anyone visiting Bali.

The staff,property, accommodations and overall experience. Standout staff, Dewi (restaurant and pool bar) she was a pleasure, a bright smile accommodating and knowledgeable. I must commend Resort manager Indira on leading a great staff. Also, sheq personally signed a birthday card addressed to me, and left a nice bouquet of flowers in the room. And the staff surprised me with a birthday song at my doorstep. Dessi (front desk), was most helpful in communicating with transportation for me with Gojek. Adi and Gustu were great! The shuttle service to Ubud center was a plus and any driver transporting us was top notch and professional. Unfortunately I cannot remember my 90 minute deep tissue massage therapists name, but it was one of the best I've had, and I'm a self proclaimed, massage receiving connoisseur. She was small in stature but had mighty strong hands! I think it'd be hard to be dissatisfied with the Pramana Experience. And that's all i have to say about that....

Loved the staff. They went out of their way to make my birthday very special. They gave me and my family a free upgrade to their luxury villa with a private pool which was such a serene and beautiful villa. The villa feels like a sanctuary for all things beautiful- doves resting on branches, pomelos hanging from the trees. The food available is for all varieties- Indian, Asian and Western and very tasty.
